Preparation of property Inventory with photographs
Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
Rent collection
Regular property inspections with provision of written report
Arrangement of maintenance using our chosen contractors unless stated otherwise
Meter readings and inform all utilities including council tax
Additional Charges to Full Management Service:
Tenancy Set-Up Fee: £200 (charged at commencement of tenancy)
Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: from £100-£300 depending on size of property (charged once only at commencement of first tenancy on new property)
