  • Full credit and reference checks on prospective tenants
  • Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificates
  • Arrangement of Gas Safety Testing & Electrical Safety Testing if required
  • Provision of professional photography and virtual 360 tours
  • Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
  • Rent collection
  • Regular property inspections with provision of written report
  • Arrangement of maintenance using our chosen contractors unless stated otherwise

Additional Charges to Full Management Service:

  • Tenancy Set-Up Fee: £200 (charged at commencement of tenancy)
  • Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: from £100-£300 depending on size of property
