Full Management Service - 12%, No VAT:
- Accompanied property viewings
- Full credit and reference checks on prospective tenants
- Arrangement of Energy Performance Certificates
- Arrangement of Gas Safety Testing & Electrical Safety Testing if required
- Preparation of property Inventory with photographs
- Preparation of Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement
- Rent collection
- Regular property inspections with provision of written report
- Arrangement of maintenance using our chosen contractors unless stated otherwise
- Meter readings and inform all utilities including council tax
Additional Charges to Full Management Service:
- Tenancy Set-Up Fee: £200 (charged at commencement of tenancy)
- Preparing Inventory/Schedule of Condition: from £100-£300 depending on size of property (charged once only at commencement of first tenancy on new property)
